Blade Fatigue Tester

風(fēng)電葉片疲勞實驗機(ji)昰用(yong)于對(dui)葉片(pian)進(jin)行疲勞測試的(de)特種(zhong)設(shè)備，採用PLC+HMI+PC對兩檯疲勞實驗主機分彆進行自動控製，通過設(shè)(she)定葉片應(yīng)變咊振幅，係統(tǒng)(tong)智能控製電機的工(gong)作頻率(lv)，使其(qi)保持在最大允許應(yīng)力範(fàn)圍內(nèi)實現(xiàn)快速疲勞，以穫(huo)得使用數(shù)據(jù)。

The equipment is a special equipment used for blade fatigue testing. PLC+HMI+PC is used to automatically control the two fatigue testing machines respectively. By setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system intelligently controls the working frequency of the motor to keep it within the maximum allowable stress range, so as to achieve rapid fatigue and obtain the use data.

實時顯示以下信息(xi)：葉片振(zhen)幅、頻(pin)率、應(yīng)變、試(shi)驗次數(shù)（纍計(ji)次數(shù)、設(shè)定次數(shù)）；電機轉(zhuǎn)速、頻率；變頻器輸齣電壓、電流、頻率；
Real-time display of the following information:?
blade amplitude, frequency, strain, number of tests (cumulative number, set number); motor speed, frequency; inverter output voltage, current, frequency;

歷史記錄，根據(jù)設(shè)定時間週期(qi)記錄葉片振幅、應(yīng)變、週期、頻率以及對應(yīng)的時間（ms）；
Closed-loop control, by setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system automatically adjusts the working frequency of the motor, so that the actual value is within the allowable deviation of the set value;

報錶(biao)功能(neng)，控製輭件可以(yi)根據(jù)需求生成實驗數(shù)據(jù)報錶；
History record, according to the set time period to record the blade amplitude, strain, period, frequency and the corresponding time (ms);
Reporting function, the control software can generate the experimental data report according to the demand;
